We currently ship to addresses within the UK only.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Free standard delivery on orders over £35.
We use the trusted courier services of Royal Mail to ensure reliable and timely deliveries.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery status.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@eclipsehairstudio.co.uk with your order number.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, incorrect address details, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather disruptions, strikes).
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us at info@eclipsehairstudio.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
