Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at info@eclipsehairstudio.co.uk within 7 days of receiving the product.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at info@eclipsehairstudio.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving it. Include a photo of the issue and your order number, and we will make it right.
